As Basketball Wives moves into its 10th season on the VH1 network, one of the original and most memorable cast members, Evelyn Lozada, will not be a part of season 10.
Lozada shared the following statement with E-News as to why she's not returning to the show "I think that it's time for me to open up the universe to other things. It's not the most positive energy. Now I have a conscience about what I say and what I do and what my kids are going to see."
The hot-tempered reality star certainly had some physical and verbal faceoffs with other cast members during her time on the show. The most memorable feuds were with her former co-stars Tami Roman and OG and her highly publicized split from ex-husband Chad Ochocinco.
Evelyn has expressed her desire to find peace within herself throughout the years. She even appeared on Iyanla, Fix My Life to seek help from the celebrity life coach, Iyanla Vanzant, regarding various personal issues that she needed assistance with, including her violent split from her former husband, Chad Ochocinco.
While she has some different business ventures on the rise and is raising a son with former NBL player Carl Crowford, returning to reality tv may be another possibility. She briefly had her own reality show, Livin' Lozada, which showed her family and life outside Basketball Wives.
