Last November, Aaron Henry, 35, of Des Moines, was reported missing days after leaving Broadlawns Medical Center on Oct. 30, according to the Des Moines police.

Aaron reportedly had bipolar disorder and did not have his medication on his person at the time he went missing.

Friday, Des Moines authorities confirmed that the body recovered from the river on Apr. 10 was that of the 35-year-old.

According to KCCI, an investigation continues into his death, but the Des Moines police said, "there is no indication of criminal circumstances contributing to Aaron's death."
