Maksud Agadjani, the owner of a popular New York City jewelry company TRAX NYC, went viral after confronting another jeweler at AKAY Diamonds for allegedly pretending to be a part of his company to sell jewelry to his customers.

Maksud initially confronted a jeweler at AKAY Diamonds from across the counter, asking, "Where's my money?" He called the jeweler a "thief," presented a receipt, and slammed down the unauthentic bracelet his customer had paid for at AKAY Diamonds. He shouted, "And you're using my name, you (expletive)!"

He later explained on camera, "This is the receipt from this disgusting company...They sold my customer their bracelet and ripped him off.”

In a video with the customer, who purchased merchandise from AKAY, he said, "Sells my customer a bracelet, rips them off, and rips them off on the gold. We're gonna test this bracelet right now!" Maksud then tested AKAY’s bracelet with a gold reader and identified it as 10-karat gold. Yet AKAY reportedly told his customer that the bracelet was 14-karat gold. The owner of TRAX NYC exclaimed, “These rats have done this over and over again, and I tolerated it!” He referred to AKAY as "thieves" and described them as "the most disgusting people you'll ever see in your life."

In a separate video, the owner of NYC TRAX is seen returning to AKAY'S booth. This time, the same jeweler at the booth spit in his face and things quickly turned violent, leading to a brawl involving several people. He explained on a separate video he recorded in the hospital, "In the end, they tried to kill me, strangled me with my own chain," as he showed his neck injuries.

According to the New York Post, George Akay, 46, and his brother Freddy, 42, were both busted for allegedly pummeling the competing jeweler.

In yet another video, Maksud shouted out AKAY's business address (64 W. 47th Street) and urged his other customers who were scammed to band together with him to sue the company and take their property, he said "Don't let it slide!"
