Kelis’ Husband, Photographer Mike Mora, Died from Stomach Cancer at Age 37

Last September, Mike Mora shared with Instagram that he was battling stomach cancer after initially thinking he had an ulcer. Despite the troubling news, he said that he was posting his message in case someone else may be experiencing a similar issue.

Mike was a photographer and often posted pictures of Kelis, her food, and animals from their farm (Bounty Farms) in California on social media. This January was his last post.

Mike and Kelis share two children, plus Kelis's oldest son, from her marriage to Nas. We send our condolences to Kelis and their loved ones.
