Singer DaniLeigh was arrested for a hit-and-run accident while driving under the influence of alcohol. Yesterday, while in Miami Beach, the singer allegedly hit a moped driver. According to multiple news sources, a witness saw the Miami entertainer driving recklessly, then dragging the moped she hit for approximately a block before being stopped by the police. The alleged victim was hospitalized and reportedly suffered spinal and organ injuries.
According to Uproxx, DaniLeigh's "breath test was reportedly nearly double the legal limit, and she was booked into county jail for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and damage to property — all felonies." According to DailyMail, she was released from jail on a $9,500 bond.
In 2021 the singer had a domestic assault incident with her ex-boyfriend, the rapper, DaBaby, which was also connected to a live video being shared on social media. DaniLeigh was also charged with assault for this situation.
