Cardi B's recent remarks during her Dallas tour stop for the 'Little Miss Drama' tour have gained significant attention. She acknowledged the strength and perseverance of many Black leaders from the American Civil Rights era. Cardi reminded her fellow Latinos that their current comfort and freedoms are largely due to the struggles and sacrifices made during the Civil Rights movement led by African Americans, particularly in the 1960s.

This pivotal period resulted in numerous changes in laws and policies that benefited people of color and women, including advancements in voting rights, desegregation, abortion rights, housing, education, and employment laws. Key figures like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, Medgar Evers, Rosa Parks, and the Black Panther Party played crucial roles in the fight for civil rights.

The rapper reminded her fellow Latinos, “Remember, we wouldn’t be living comfortably in this country if these African Americans didn’t fight for us motherf—s!” Cardi B, who is of Dominican and Trinidadian descent, has always been outspoken, both artistically and personally.

Her last album was Invasion of Privacy in 2018. She's taken several years off in between her sophomore album. The "Bodak Yellow" rapper has been continuously selling out her current tour.

Continuing to surpise her fans, the New York rapper sold her album Am I the Drama in New York City, offering both physical CDs and vinyl records, including a special "Courtroom Edition," priced at $9.99.

Cardi B now has four children and is currently going through a divorce from the rapper Offset, who is a member of Migos. She recently welcomed her fourth child, a son, with NFL player Stefon Diggs.
