A racist Tennessee content creator, ‘Chud the Builder,’ who records live encounters where he race baits Black people, by calling them nig****, has been charged with attempted murder.

The 28-year-old, legally known as Dalton Eatherly, was arrested last week after disrupting patrons in Bob’s Steak & Chop House with racial slurs and live-streaming after the establishment asked him not to, and was therefore arrested.

Reportedly, after being released from jail on Wednesday, he got into a physical encounter with a bystander outside the Montgomery County Courthouse, which resulted in him shooting the bystander and accidentally shooting himself in the arm.

Chud and the other individual, who is reportedly Black, were both hospitalized for their wounds.

In addition to attempted murder, Eatherly, 28, was charged with employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, the sheriff’s office said in a statement. He’s reportedly being held on a $1.25 million bond.
