Angela Yee Plans to Stay With 'The Breakfast Club' Until They Find Her Replacement for the Show

Angela Yee is leaving The Breakfast Club. Although she's breaking away from the team that has given her one of the biggest names in current radio, she's vowed to help her co-hosts, DJ Envy and Charlamagne the God, select the best personality to fill her spot before leaving.

Although she currently has a syndicated podcast, Lip Service, on Apple Radio, Yee stated that she wishes to do an independent venture away from The Breakfast Club.

The Breakfast Club debuted in 2010 on WWPR-FM/Power 105.1 and was picked up by iHeart radio in 2013. It was nominated for an NAACP Image Award and inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame. The show reaches over 8 million monthly listeners and has over 5 million Youtube subscribers.

Good luck to Angela Yee!
