Top Veneer Specialist in Atlanta Arrested for Practicing Dentistry Without a License

According to WSBTV-Atlanta, Brandon Dillard was fraudulently practicing dentistry and medicine while advertising himself as "Atlanta's Top Veneer Specialist & Trainer" at A List Smiles Atlanta.  

Attorney Will Wooten, Fulton County's Deputy District Attorney, said, "Brandon Dillard is not a dentist. He's never been a dentist." He continued, "And as much as he may want to play one on Instagram, he is not one." Attorney Wooten explained this to the public after the faux dentistry office was raided on Thursday. According to WSB-TV, a viral TikTok alerted law enforcement to the illegal operation that Dillard had been running since 2021.  

Dillard is being charged with eight felonies, including practicing dentistry without a license, practicing medicine without a license, and theft by deception. In addition to offering veneer services, the faux dentist reportedly charged roughly $6,000 per session to teach a veneer specialists course—a role that doesn't exist in Georgia.

Dillard's Instagram post states, "DM 3 Photos of Your Teeth For a FREE Quote." The office also advertised specials that offered raffle prizes of discounted veneer procedures.

Authorities are concerned about patients who received services from A List Smiles Atlanta, as veneer installation requires proper training to prevent oral infections and other medical issues. Atlanta authorities would like for anyone who has received dental services or training from A List Smiles Atlanta to contact Fcda.fraudtips@fultoncountyga.gov.
