Offset Responds To James Prince's Interview About Takeoff's Death in Houston

The Prince family-James Prince Sr., Mike Prince, and James Prince Jr., recently interviewed with the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast to clear the air and discuss the events that led up to the murder of hip-hop star Takeoff, which caused significant criticism of the Prince family. (James Prince Jr., Mike Prince, and James Prince Sr. are pictured below on the podcast).

The Prince family is well known in the entertainment industry and is blamed for failing to protect Takeoff's life while he and Quavo celebrated with their family at 810 Billiards & Bowling on November 1, 2022. During the interview, James Sr. explained that the shooting was the result of a conflict that broke out, that led to gunfire and resulted in the death of Takeoff and the injury of at least one other person-his friend's daughter, Sydney Leday, who was shot in the head and survived after being hospitalized.

The family expressed their remorse and explained the relationship that Takeoff shared with James Sr.'s sons, James Jr. and Jas Prince, yet The Migos star, Offset, is not moved by his sympathy and went online to rant about his feelings. Offset said the following comments in a live video: "Y'all ni**as speaking on my real brother, how dare one of y'all ni**as even speak on me and Take relationship. I don't know you ni**as from a can of paint. Ya'll ni**as don't know how me and my brother rock, ni**a. You're trying to clear your face, ni**a, this your fifth interview you done did about my brother. You ain't think about their momma? You ain't think about the family, ni**a? We ain't said nothing. Ain't nobody said nothing but you ni**as."

The internet has also attacked James Prince Jr. regarding a video clip of him at the bowling alley by saying he carelessly walked by Takeoff's body on the ground without trying to give him aid; he addressed those rumors as well by stating, "They took three seconds of a situation when I was caught on video and turned it into what they wanted it to be. But in all actuality, we had been there for a while." During the hour-long interview, James Prince gave the show's host legal documents about the murder investigation and the alleged gunman. He also addressed other allegations and rumors surrounding the fateful night and remorsefully stated, " Under no circumstances did Takeoff deserve what he got."
