Nicole is currently the President of football operations for Klutch Sports Group. While female agents are still minorities in the world of sports, she was hired as the first female agent for PlayersRep sports group, a company that rapper Lil Wayne acquired. Lynn also tackled becoming the first Black female to represent an NFL first-draft pick in 2019, Quinnen Williams. In addition to professional athletes, her client list also includes a softball star and a professional ballerina.

The law school graduate's professionalism and tenacity reportedly caught the attention of rapper and television producer 50-Cent, who is reportedly looking to produce a biography on her life. According to her bio, she also served as a financial analyst for Wall Street and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oklahoma.

This is what being driven and focused looks like; congrats to you, Nicole!
