Dwight Howard Is Being Sued by Male Associate for Alleged Sexual Assault & Battery

A man who met Dwight Howard online is reportedly suing the former NBA star for alleged assault and battery during a forced sexual encounter. According to multiple media sources, Stephen Harper claims that in 2021 Dwight forced him to have a threesome with another man after he arrived at the former NBA star's home.

According to Bossip, Radar obtained a copy of the lawsuit, which states, "Harper alleged that while he was hooking up solo with Howard, a man reportedly dressed as a woman named "Kitty" arrived. According to Harper, soon after, "Kitty" put on a pornographic film and then engaged in sexual acts with Howard. The accuser says the athlete then began touching him despite him asking him to stop and said that he was "going to do whatever" and was "going to like it." The report also mentioned explicit details about the forced sexual acts between Howard and Harper and the sexual encounter he witnessed between the Former Los Angeles Laker and the other man who was present named "Kitty."

Howard was sued by transgender Youtube star Masin Elije in 2019. Masin alleged that the former NBA star harassed and threatened him after he refused to sign a nondisclosure agreement about their relationship. Howard, therefore, countersued Masin after the allegations.

The former Laker has yet to respond to the current lawsuit and accusations. He currently plays basketball for the Taoyuan Leopards in Taiwan.
