Boosie Pleaded Not Guilty to Felony Firearm Possession in California

The rapper Boosie, legally known as Torrence Hatch Jr., pleaded not guilty to gun possession as a felon in San Diego. According to San Diego's NBC affiliate, the rapper was arrested during a traffic stop when the San Diego police found two loaded handguns in the vehicle he was traveling in. A second person traveling with him was also reportedly detained as well.


Boosie was in California for work. The rapper is out on bail and has two more court appearances in May and June. The Louisiana rapper could serve three years in prison if found guilty of the charges. To follow this story and other news, click the link to become a Volume 82 site member.
