Philadelphia Eagles offensive guard Josh Sillas allegedly forced a woman to perform oral sex and held her against her will in his vehicle in Guernsey County, Ohio, in 2019.

The assault allegedly occurred after Josh gave the unnamed woman and her cousin a ride from a local cafe. The NFL guard and the alleged victim have reportedly known each other for years and attended high school together. According to the police report, the female alleged that after her cousin got out of the vehicle and went into the house, Josh forced her to stay in his truck, started inappropriately touching her, and physically forced her to perform oral sex on him. Authorities say the victim suffered bruising in the back of her throat, her inner lip, her left knee, and her right ear.

Sills cannot practice or play with the team and has been placed on the Commissioner Exempt List until the situation is investigated. The indictment will likely prevent the NFL player from playing in the Super Bowl this month, as he's scheduled to appear in court after the game on Feb. 16.
